HealthPro’s Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) course is designed primarily for healthcare professionals working in emergency departments, intensive care units, critical care departments, surgical areas, or the pre-hospital environment, such as physicians, nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and other professionals who may respond to a cardiovascular emergency. This 10-12 hour course is an advanced, instructor-led classroom course that highlights the importance of team dynamics and communication, systems of care and immediate post-cardiac-arrest care. It also covers airway management and related pharmacology. In this course, skills are taught in group sessions with small, group learning and skills testing stations where case-based scenarios are presented.

Heartcode ACLS Course (Online Skills)
This course is AHA accredited and you will receive the same course completion card after completing your skills as you would from taking a traditional instructor-led class. ACLS Heartcode Part 1 is NOT included in the $75 purchase of a skills session. Must purchase and complete Part 1 on your own or add it as an Add On. Go to the onlineAHA website to register for this course on your own.
Once the skills test has been successfully completed the student will receive their official AHA ACLS Card. With HeartCode ACLS, students will not only benefit from a convenient online based course, but will also save valuable time. The online course will only work with PC’s and not MAC’s.
